Data Deletion Policy

1. User Rights

We respect the privacy of our users. In compliance with Meta’s platform requirements, our app provides a clear way for users to request deletion of their personal data collected through the app.

2. How to Request Data Deletion

Users can request deletion of their data in two ways:

In-App Request

1. Navigate to Settings > Privacy > Delete My Data.
2. Submit a deletion request, which will automatically trigger removal of your stored data from our systems.

Manual Request

1. Send an email to support@cgs360ai.com with the subject line: “Data Deletion Request”.
2. Please include your registered account details (email or phone number) so we can identify and delete your data.

3. What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon request, the following will be deleted:

• User profile details (name, email, phone number, etc.)
• Any app usage history stored in our databases
• Authentication tokens and linked identifiers
• Any other personal information directly collected by our app

⚠️ Please note: Some information may be retained temporarily if required by law or for fraud prevention, but will not be used for any other purpose.

4. Processing Timeline

• Data deletion requests will be processed within 30 days.
• Confirmation of deletion will be provided via email or in-app notification.
